Division Nine Contracting evolved in 1990 from Russo Lath and Plaster which was started in 1986. Since then, Division Nine has become the foremost, quality based plastering, EIFS, and specialty finish contractor in the state of Arizona.
The General Contracting Division was born in 1998 and has become synonymous with Quality Remodeling of Fine Homes, New Custom Homes, Religious Facilities, Educational Facilities, Office, Retail, Modular buildings and other commercial projects.
